The day after her special occasion, Aniston expressed her profound gratitude in the caption of an Instagram post, alongside an enchanting black-and-white snapshot of her youthful self, presumably captured in a classroom setting. "Thank you for all the beautiful birthday wishes!" she penned. "This kid is overflowing with gratitude and enveloped in love."
Cox, who turned 60, commemorated Aniston's milestone day with a heartwarming Instagram tribute of her own on Tuesday. Alongside a nostalgic throwback photo of the duo posing together with beaming smiles, Cox penned, "Happy birthday to my lifelong friend. There has never been a more generous, loving, stunning, talented, hilarious, and loyal friend. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have grown up alongside you."

Reflecting on aging when she turned 50 in 2019, Aniston had opened up about embarking on a new decade of her life for an InStyle cover story. "Fifty was the first time I thought, 'Well, that number,'" she shared with the magazine. "I don't know what it signifies because I don't feel any different. My body isn't showing any signs of slowing down."
She further elaborated, "I feel physically extraordinary. So, it's peculiar how suddenly, it's being highlighted as if to say, 'You look incredible for your age.' I believe we need to establish some decorum around such conversations and terminology."
If there's one aspect of aging that Aniston isn't particularly fond of, it's the prospect of her signature blonde locks turning gray. "I'm not gonna lie — I don't want gray hair," she admitted at the time.
