Jennifer Lopez's past has reared its ugly head once again, as her ex-husband, Ojani Noa, unleashed a fiery Instagram tirade against the 56-year-old singer on Saturday, accusing her of cheating on him. Noa, who was married to Lopez for a mere year in the '90s, launched his attack in response to her recent statement on "The Howard Stern Show," where she confessed that she had never been truly loved because her exes "weren't capable."
"Stop belittling us. Stop using your victim card to bring me down," Noa, 51, began his message. "The problem isn't us. It's not me. The problem is you. You're the one who couldn't keep your desires in check."
"You've been 'loved' numerous times," he continued. "You've been married four times and have had countless relationships in between. You've had good relationships... Me, for example."
Noa, a former waiter, insisted that he was "in love" with the "Kiss of the Spider Woman" actress and claimed he "moved out of state to support, protect, and care for you." "I'm an amazing, loving person, a great human being. Honest, faithful to you, never lied, never misbehaved, never cheated on you," Noa said. "I was good to you. I'm too good for you."
"But you. You chose fame and fortune over our relationship," he wrote about Lopez. "You decided to lie and cheat on me, and even though I stayed, I tried to keep the marriage going and alive. You begged me to keep the marriage intact to avoid bad press caring more about yourself."
Noa also accused the "Let's Get Loud" singer of choosing the "fast lane" of her career and fame instead of caring about him. "You wanted to continue cheating and lying. I couldn't stay anymore and deal with the constant lying," Noa said. "That's why I left you. That's why I divorced you."
"Tell the truth for once," he added. "Let people know you are the problem. You should be embarrassed, ashamed of yourself."
Lopez and Noa met in 1996 at Gloria Estefan's restaurant in Miami and were married in February 1997 before getting divorced just 11 months later. Since then, Lopez has been married to Cris Judd from 2001 to 2002 and Marc Anthony from 2004 to 2011, with Anthony being the father of her 17-year-old twins Max and Emme. She married Ben Affleck in 2022, two decades after their first engagement in 2004. Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024 and they finalized their divorce in January 2025.
During her recent appearance on "The Howard Stern Show," Lopez answered "no" when asked if she had ever truly been loved. "What I've learned is that it's not that I'm not lovable—it's that they're not capable... They don't have it in them," the "Hustlers" actress stated. "And they gave me what they had—all the rings, all the things I could ever want. The houses, the rings, the marriage. All of it... But..." Lopez also admitted that "I didn't love myself" sometimes.
