"Midway through a flight to Detroit to visit my buddy Dave, I received a text from my best friend's brother: 'Call me.' My heart sank. 'Is Mike alright?' I quickly replied. The response seemed to linger in eternity, those agonizing ellipsis dots lingering on my screen. Eventually, just two harsh letters appeared: 'No,'" he began his poignant caption on his somber social media post.
Stamos elaborated that Owen had been his closest confidant since the tender age of 11, succumbing to "a sudden heart attack—just like that," dealing a "bizarre and crushing" blow. "Mike wasn't merely my friend; he was the epitome of friendship. My all-encompassing buddy.
