While incarcerated at the Washington County Detention Center in Arkansas, Josh Duggar sent several NSFW (Not Safe for Work) messages to his wife, Anna. In one such message, he wrote:
"I miss you, my lover. I miss being in the shower with you, scrubbing each other. I miss watching you try on clothes, and I miss watching you being sexy."
In the same message, he also congratulated Anna for "making the scale numbers lower than expected" and suggested she buy herself "something low cut." He continued:
"Or you can try on clothes and send me a picture of you in your bra and panties. Or try on a 'go to the private pool' swimsuit? BTW, you should order a 2-piece swimsuit since summer is coming soon. Get something hot and fun."
Josh signed off by declaring his affection for Anna and including a series of emojis commonly used in his NSFW messages: "I LOVE YOU FOREVER! HUGS AND KISSES... AND EVERYTHING ELSE TOO! XOXOXOXOXO I LOVE YOU SEXY! x: :}v :}OvO."
A few days later, Josh used a similar sign-off with the same emojis in his message to Anna, then added: "P.S. - send pics ASAP as requested, implied, inferred, or otherwise stated lol. Nice ones with your twos in it! (OvO)."
He told his wife that only one picture had come through a week later in a message that he ended by writing: "P.S. - I can't wait till we can be alone again. I miss ALL of you! What specifically are you thinking/dreaming/fantasizing about today that you miss? I miss you and me being US! Tell me later? "
The same month most of these messages were sent, Josh was sentenced to 151 months in federal prison after being convicted of receiving and possessing child sexual abuse materials. Just days before his sentencing, Josh was writing to Anna about "some great ideas of what we could be doing."
Those ideas included "a really awesome foot rub," "a back rub," or "something relaxing." Josh added: "And then we could really have some fun... once we were nice and relaxed! So many memories flooding my mind right now."
He also continued to request pictures from his wife, telling Anna in that message: "Your sexy cleavage is amazing! Thank you for thinking of me!"
Josh also shared that he found a new hobby in a message to Anna around that same time. "Well, I did a lot of writing. It helped. It was intimate, both of us going. Both of us being alone. Both of us enjoying our newest adventure. Both of us having fun, with only us! Both of us enjoying each other and taking things up a notch. The intensity is off the charts! You are amazing. You are fun! You are gorgeous, sexy, and beautiful - all in one! You are my precious, lovely bride. My lover. My passion. My dream girl! I am yours, and thank you for being mine! I LOVE ALL OF YOU, ANNA!"
Josh ended his message with: "xoxoxoxo {: :O}"
