Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant embarked on a enchanting new romance on the ice. The artist gracefully shared a delightful glimpse into her and The Matrix star's skating date in New York City, where they both embraced a thrilling new experience.
"Last Monday, after the successful run of Waiting for Godot, Keanu invited me on a date in New York City," Alexandra wrote in the caption of her Jan. 13 Instagram carousel, which featured pictures of her and Keanu bundled up and gliding gracefully on the famous Rockefeller Center ice rink. "We'd like to give a huge shout-out to everyone at the Rink @rockefellercenter for their warm welcome! You made us feel right at home, cheering us on and offering us hot cocoa and pompom hats."
Together, Alexandra, 52, and Keanu, 61, marked a significant milestone as the John Wick star relearned how to skate on the ice, after giving up ice hockey as a teenager. Alexandra detailed her boyfriend's experience, saying, "Getting back on ice after a few decades and transitioning from hockey skates to figure skates and *@#$%@* toe picks is no easy feat!"
Alexandra and Keanu, who began dating in 2018, showcased their skating skills in a video of them holding hands as they glided close together. Displaying some public displays of affection (PDA), the couple shared a kiss as they posed on the rink with the Rockefeller Christmas Tree illuminating behind them.
Indeed, according to Alexandra, the experience gave her and Keanu a newfound appreciation for the figure skaters heading into the 2026 Winter Olympics. "Cheers to the next generation of rockin' skaters and Olympians!" she wrote. "We're inspired by how you're choosing to train and eat on your terms, what music you prefer, your awesome style choices, and finding joy in a sport that requires so many hours of practice to perfect.
