Amidst her ongoing divorce from Scott Wolf, Kelley Wolf continues to underscore her joy, despite the tumultuous circumstances. The couple, who had been together for 21 years, made their separation public on June 10. Scott, in a heartfelt statement to PEOPLE, deemed it "the most difficult decision of my life," emphasizing that their utmost concern remains their trio of children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.

Just two weeks later, the 57-year-old former 'Party of Five' actor sought and was granted a restraining order against Kelley, 48, securing temporary sole legal custody of their children.

Kelley has been diligently updating her Instagram with glimpses into her life amidst the divorce proceedings. Her latest post, shared on July 4, featured a serene video of her outdoor deck, where she was accompanied by her loyal dog. Set to the tunes of John Mellencamp's "Small Town," the clip revealed a burning candle, a bottle of red wine, an unopened pack of cigarettes, and an assortment of books and journals scattered around.

In the caption, Kelley penned, "Love is the force that drives the world… and when the burdens weigh heavy on your heart… REMEMBER… you are extraordinary. Peace resides within your mind, and only your thoughts can alter that perception." She affirmed her "HAPPINESS," asserting, "And that's perfectly alright."

"It's alright to embrace multiple emotions simultaneously. We are creatures of constant change… and I am poised to embark on a fresh start," she concluded her heartfelt message.

Prior to Scott's restraining order, Kelley faced police intervention due to "alarming" remarks made to her father and others. On June 13, she shared an Instagram video depicting police arriving at her home and escorting her to a hospital.

Kelley was apprehended and handcuffed by sheriff's deputies in Utah County, Utah, and subsequently admitted to a local facility, confirmed PEOPLE.

A statement from law enforcement obtained by PEOPLE detailed, "Deputies responded to Sundance Resort regarding a female in need of assistance. Upon engaging with her, they learned of concerning statements she had made to a family member and repeated to them. Consequently, she was transported to a local hospital."

Kelley later disclosed that she was placed under an "involuntary 5150," a crucial measure to detain individuals posing a risk to themselves or others due to mental health issues, as per the National Alliance on Mental Illness.

From her hospital bed, Kelley posted, expressing her "unprecedented happiness" and confusion over her situation. "I am cooperative, serene, and respectful, hoping for a swift resolution. This is one of the darkest chapters I've endured," she penned.

Scott's temporary restraining order painted a picture of Kelley's behavior as a "threat" to their children. Court documents obtained by PEOPLE stated that Kelley exhibited "an escalating pattern of conduct posing a significant risk of immediate and irreparable harm to the minor children."

The order suspended her custody and visitation rights, stipulating that any future interactions with the children would be "supervised by an agreed-upon third party or agency pending further court orders."

Additionally, Kelley was prohibited from posting about the divorce, their children, or Scott on social media, risking fines or imprisonment if violated.

The next hearing regarding the temporary restraining order is slated for July 7 in Summit County District Court, Utah.
