Kim Kardashian recently opened up in a new episode of The Kardashians, sharing the emotional turmoil that still lingers from the 2016 Paris robbery, which saw her become a victim of a heist that involved a hefty haul of over $10 million in jewelry. As she recounted her experience, her ex-husband Kanye West's claim that the incident was "faked" for TV proved to be a dagger in her heart.
"To think that someone so close to you, who should know you and how much it affected your life, wouldn't believe you—it really bothered me," she confessed, her voice wavering with emotion. "You don't know who I am."

Kardashian's testimony at the trial of 10 suspects involved in the robbery earlier this year was a pivotal moment for her, as she faced the perpetrators and heard their accounts of the incident and apologies. "I'm happy that it's over," she said, her tone reflecting a sense of relief.
The SKIMS founder also shared a poignant moment from the night of the robbery, when she said a prayer as the robbers entered her hotel room at midnight. "I was sure I was going to be raped," she revealed in her testimony.
Moreover, Kardashian opened up about her mindset leading up to her testimony. "This was less than 10 minutes of my life," she shared. "I've lived an amazing life, and that has always given me a little bit of peace—knowing that pure terror and panic for 8 or 9 minutes won't ruin me."
In a previous episode of The Kardashians, Kardashian admitted that she was grateful the robbery happened to her instead of any of her sisters. She emphasized that if the incident had occurred to any of her sisters, it would have shattered them for life.
