Kim Kardashian, the media mogul, has reportedly endured a myriad of challenges behind the scenes and is finally ready to speak out about her strained co-parenting relationship with her ex-husband, Kanye West. After West's recent social media accusations that she was keeping him away from their children, Kardashian set the record straight during the latest episode of "The Kardashians."
The 45-year-old star addressed the prevalent perception of her as an overprotective mother, fueled by West's social media outbursts. She shared, "I feel more stressed because I have to protect my kids. While those around us can handle the drama, I want to shield my babies from it. They're going to know what's happening. They're going to grow up and see it."

As the mother of North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, with the 48-year-old rapper, Kardashian noted that her children are now beginning to comprehend the controversies surrounding their father's social media comments and backlash. "One of my kids knew what was happening. I've been able to keep it hidden for so long," she revealed.
The former "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star continued to share that despite giving West every opportunity to be an active co-parent, he has been unresponsive. "It's a divorce, not a kidnapping. We haven't left. We're in the same spot and we have the same address, so he knows where his kids are," she emphasized.
Kardashian added, "What happened to the house you bought next door and we were going to coparent and do a back and forth where you would take them to school every day?" She explained that she had examples from her own co-parenting relationships with her mother, Kris Jenner, stepfather, Caitlyn Jenner, and father, Robert Kardashian, and would never have expected hers to turn out this way.
