Kardashian's remarks have sparked a fury, with an insider revealing to Radar Online that she gathers all her information from TikTok, where manipulated videos feature Buzz Aldrin, an original moonwalker and astronaut, seemingly denying the landing. In one clip, the SKIMS founder highlights Aldrin saying, "What was the scariest moment?" To which he replies, "There was no scary moment, because it didn't happen."

As the clip went viral, multiple sources clarified that Aldrin was not denying the moon landing but rather clarifying that he did not witness anything "scary" during his historic trip. In response, Kim stated, "I've seen a few videos of Buzz Aldrin talking about how it didn't happen. He says it all the time now, in interviews... So I think it didn't happen. I don't think we did. I think it was fake." She concluded with a defiant "They're gonna say I'm crazy no matter what. But like, go to TikTok. See for yourself," urging her followers to form their own opinions based on the content they find on the platform.
