Kris Jenner is putting the rumors to rest. During an appearance on her daughter Khloé Kardashian's "Khloé in Wonderland" podcast on Wednesday, April 29, Jenner, 70, opened up about her viral facelift performed by Dr. Steven Levine. The momager and reality star's comments came after the internet spiraled over a report by RadarOnline speculating that she was completely dissatisfied with - or allegedly "raging" about - her expensive results "slipping" just months after she debuted her refreshed look.
"Lately, it's this headline about my facelift, which is really truly driving me crazy," Jenner shared with Kardashian during the episode. "The headline right now is that I hate my facelift, and I'm really mad at, I'm furious at my doctor, Steven Levine, which couldn't be further from the truth. It's a flat-out lie. I love my facelift. I adore my doctor. I'm obsessed with him."

Praising Levine's work, Jenner added, "The goal was to do a beautiful lift and give me a refresh and do a beautiful jawline, which I achieved."
Jenner said she normally wouldn't have addressed the rumors, but felt they were "really hurting someone else," referencing Levine. "At 70 years old, I don't really care what someone thinks of me. I don't need anyone's approval," Jenner said, adding that she "never asked" for the positive attention to her face either. "I love my face. And I'm really okay with the way I look."
The buzz around Jenner and what was, at the time, speculated to be plastic surgery started picking up speed in spring 2025, when she was seen out in Paris for daughter Kim Kardashian's court testimony. She was then later pictured at Lauren Sánchez Bezos' bachelorette party, sporting a youthful glow.
After Page Six reported that Jenner had undergone unspecified plastic surgery in May, PEOPLE confirmed that the mogul did, in fact, see the New York City-based surgeon for a procedure.
The first time Jenner broke her silence on her appearance (the surgery was no doubt the facelift heard and seen around the world) was in a Vogue Arabia cover story published on Aug. 26. "I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh," she told the outlet. "I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy."
Jenner, who turned 70 in November, then expanded on her outlook on aging. "Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself," she explained. "If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully - meaning you don't want to do anything - then don't do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It's my version."
Her past facelift was performed in 2011 by Dr. Garth Fisher, the same surgeon who did her youngest daughter Kylie Jenner's breast augmentation (as confirmed by the Kylie Cosmetics mogul herself). On Instagram, Jenner wrote that Dr. Fisher made getting the facelift the "most amazing experience ever," while thanking him for letting her document the experience on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." She added, "You have taken great care of us always and remain such a close and treasured friend!! Such an incredible talent!!"
