Kylie Jenner hit with lawsuit after Coachella's fun nights

After a whirlwind of frenzied nights at Coachella's desert, Kylie Jenner found herself mired in legal troubles following an ex-employee's claim that her time at her Hidden Hills mansion was far from idyllic. Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal a lawsuit filed last week by Angelica Vasquez, who alleges that she joined Jenner's staff in September 2024 at the beauty mogul's Beverly Hills luxurious abode. However, her days there were cut short as she was moved to Jenner's other property in Hidden Hills, where, according to her claims, the troubles began.

There, Vasquez alleges in the filing that her religious and national identities—Catholicism and El Salvadorian, respectively—were ridiculed while she faced continuous harassment from senior staffers. This included being told that "Catholics are horrible people" and that individuals with similar immigration statuses should be deported. This was coupled with the constant verbal abuse, being assigned the most menial tasks, and being excluded from the team.

The alleged harassment, according to Vasquez, was not limited to verbal; it often took the form of physical reprimands, such as being thrown hangers at her. Facing such treatment and with complaints ignored, the plaintiff alleges that she struggled with anxiety and other related symptoms, ultimately forcing her to quit in August 2025.

Vasquez is now seeking unpaid wages and damages for emotional distress. However, her portrayal of the alleged harassment is disputed by sources close to Jenner, who claim that she was a junior employee with workplace problems and attendance issues. It's worth noting that Vasquez has not directly accused Jenner in the lawsuit; instead, she has named Jenner for not doing enough to stop the alleged mistreatment by her staffers.
