Kylie Jenner is revisiting one of her most viral looks, reflecting on the criticism she received for her unconventional choice at Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber's wedding in 2018. "I think people were a little upset that I went all out," the 28-year-old shared during the October 22 episode of Vogue's Life in Looks series. "But [Hailey and Justin] didn't care, I don't think? Hailey, call me if you have an issue."

At the ceremony, the Kylie Cosmetics founder, who shares kids Stormi, 7, and Aire, 3, with ex-partner Travis Scott, turned heads in a melted gold gown by J’Aton Couture. The color was a bold choice, but it was her two nature-inspired accessories—a crystal butterfly-shaped hairpin and a matching purse—that truly made a statement. While the look was stunning, some fans on X believed her dress was too distracting for a wedding guest. "I can't believe Kylie Jenner wore that gold painted tin foil dress to Justin's wedding," one user commented, while another noted that if their guest pulled "a move like this at my wedding, they will kindly be escorted out with a red wine stain down the front of their dress."

Despite the criticism, Kylie—who is now dating Timothée Chalamet—admits she wouldn't repeat the fashion choice but has no regrets. "I think I had the impression that people were going to go all out," she continued in the Vogue segment. "I loved this look. I had one of the best nights. I was the last one to leave the wedding."

And while the Khy founder won't be wearing that dress again, she recently rekindled her nostalgic alter ego: King Kylie from 2015. To honor that era—and the 10-year anniversary of Kylie Cosmetics—she re-launched some of her signature beauty products from the brand's first launch, including her signature lip kits. "This King Kylie Collection is truly for you!!!" Kylie wrote on her October 12 Instagram post. "You’re the reason my biggest cosmetic dreams came true, and I wouldn’t be here 10 years later without your support."
