As the actor has a strong presence in Hollywood, he frequently attends several events, including awards shows. Allegedly, Jenner has been struggling to join him at these gatherings. According to a source, Jenner has been "proud" of her boyfriend's success but also feels "shy" attending big events.
"She is super supportive of his career and feels it's very important," the insider said. "Even though it overlaps with her world a bit, going to premieres and awards shows still feels like new territory for her and she can get a little shy in that setting."
Furthermore, the Kylie Cosmetics founder has always understood the importance of Chalamet's career. She has even reportedly "low-key bragged" about him to her inner circle. She was apparently in "awe" of how the industry treated her boyfriend at social events. Seeing the "respect" he received, Jenner thus "loves showing up for him."
