"Kevin is overjoyed to announce that baby Jackson has been discharged from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and is now nestled comfortably at home with his doting father and his big sister," shared Lauren's colleague, Sherri Pender, on June 12th via a GoFundMe page. "He has been an absolute angel, feeding and sleeping like a champion. At a mere four days old, he is already displaying remarkable alertness and attention."
This heartening news emerged shortly after Lauren's employer, Shed Media—the producer behind several Bravo series—conveyed the devastating news of her untimely demise.
"It is with shattered hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved colleague, Lauren, shortly after giving birth to her son," captioned an Instagram tribute post by the media company on the same day, accompanied by photographs of Lauren, who was also a devoted mother to her 3-year-old daughter, Emma, and her cherished family. "Of all the things Lauren cherished, motherhood topped the list, and ensuring her children's wellbeing meant the world to her."
Beneath this poignant announcement, Kevin poured out his heart about the extraordinary woman and mother his late wife had been.
"Lauren is the love of my life, and I am eternally grateful to God for blessing me with her companionship and gifting me with two beautiful children to cherish her memory every waking moment," he penned.
