"I deeply regret my harsh words directed at Katy Perry last week," she admitted in the April 28th episode of her podcast, Miss Me?, as reported by Us Weekly. "I realize now that there was absolutely no need to drag her name into this, and it was a manifestation of my own internalized sexism."
Lily clarified that while her stance against the space flight remained unchanged, her single-out of the "Roar" singer was misplaced. "I've reflected deeply on the matter, and my additional criticism of her was utterly unnecessary," she continued. "I do disagree with the action they undertook, but Katy wasn't the sole participant.
