It promises to share intimate memories of Lisa Marie's remarkable yet tumultuous life, while deeply exploring the unbreakable bond between a mother and daughter.

Before her untimely passing in 2023, Presley entrusted Keough with the task of helping her finalize this long-awaited memoir. Following her mother's death, Keough listened intently to tapes Presley had recorded, filled with stories about Graceland, her relationship with her own mother, Priscilla Presley, the scrutiny of public life, her marriages to Michael Jackson and Nicolas Cage, and the tragic loss of her son, Benjamin Keough.

In a heartfelt statement, Keough said, "Few people knew the real Lisa Marie, beyond being Elvis's daughter. I was blessed to have that privilege, and it has been both a joy and a sorrow to prepare her autobiography for publication. I am thrilled to share my mother's most vulnerable and honest self with the world, and I hope that readers will come to love her as much as I did."

"We are profoundly honored to publish Lisa Marie's memoir with Riley's thoughtful guidance," said Sanyu Dillon, the president of the Random House Group. "Lisa Marie lived a truly exceptional life, and we know that this book, brought to life with the help of her daughter, will be a beautiful testament not just to her children but to the generations who cherished her."

The North American publishing rights were secured by Ben Greenberg, the vice president and editor-in-chief at CAA. Additionally, Keough will lend her voice to an audiobook version of the memoir, to be released concurrently by Penguin Random House Audio. The memoir, yet to be titled, will hit shelves on October 15th.
