The 29-year-old footballer and former Love Island contestant shared a stunning new photo on Instagram, showcasing his crisp and rejuvenated look post-procedure.
"New hairline who dis [sic]," exclaimed one admirer, marvelling at the reality star's remarkable transformation. "About time bruv," another wrote, while a third quipped, "Looking like a GTA character bro." The entire comment section was abuzz with praise, with many gushing over his "sharp" appearance or telling him he looked "great."
Ronnie first appeared on the ITV dating show in 2024 before returning for the All Stars series in 2025. Last week, Ronnie confirmed that he had undergone a hair transplant at a prestigious Harley Street clinic. He revealed to his followers that he finally felt ready to proceed with the treatment after contemplating it for some time.
During his time on the reality show, Ronnie's hairline became a regular topic of online discussion. Some viewers ridiculed his appearance, while others wrongly claimed he was wearing a wig or hairpiece. Speaking previously on Spotify personality Olivia Attwood's podcast, Ronnie admitted that he used hair fibers to make his hair appear fuller. He explained that he had been using the product for years to cover thinner areas.
Away from his appearance transformation, Ronnie's love life also made headlines during his time on Love Island. Across both seasons, he had an on-and-off relationship with fellow contestant Harriet Blackmore. The pair first got together during series 11 but were dumped from the villa shortly after coupling up. They later reunited during the All Stars edition when Harriet entered the villa as a surprise contestant.
Although they briefly tried to make the relationship work outside the show, reports later claimed they split after frequent arguments. The pair reportedly reconciled again before eventually ending things for a third time.
