Mandy Moore pours her heart out in gratitude for what—and who—she has been blessed with. Almost a year since her Altadena, California, home succumbed to the raging Los Angeles wildfires in January, the 'This Is Us' alum reflects on how life's recent turns have touched her and her family. "It's been a wild and challenging year," she pens on Instagram November 27th, "but the overwhelming sentiment is undeniable gratitude."

Accompanying the sentiment, Mandy, 41, shares a series of heart-warming black-and-white photos of herself and her husband Taylor Goldsmith, their kids Gus Harrison, 4, Ozzie Bennett, 3, and Louise Everett, 14 months, posing and sharing laughter. "Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours," she continues, adding that she is "most grateful for these four."

In the immediate aftermath of the natural disaster earlier this year, Mandy leaned on her inner circle as she navigated her new reality. In fact, her brother-in-law Griffin Goldsmith revealed that Hilary Duff and her husband Matthew Koma had taken in the 'A Walk to Remember' actress' household, highlighting the ways the couple were supporting their community. "They've taken care of my entire family from the moment this began," Griffin wrote on Instagram at the time. "I will never be able to thank them adequately. This is the kindest act any human could do for another. They are the most beautiful, selfless people we’ve ever known."

Just like Mandy, other stars are keeping their little ones close during the festive holiday. In fact, Brittany Mahomes shared a family photoshoot prior to husband Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs' Thanksgiving game against the Dallas Cowboys, offering a sweet glimpse at their kids Sterling, 4, Bronze, 2, and Golden, 10 months. Alongside the fall-themed portraits posted on Instagram, Brittany included a brown heart emoji as she wrote, "Happy Thanksgiving."
