"We're always together during the holidays. It's a time we must cherish." He continued, "It's mandatory... We gather for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a family unit."
For Wahlberg, this rare opportunity to slow down with his wife Rhea Durham and their four children—Ella, 22; Michael, 19; Brendan, 17; and Grace, 15—is a time to unwind and spend uninterrupted time together. Although meals are a central part of their routine, Wahlberg admits he doesn't play a leading role in the cooking.
The actor is currently promoting The Family Plan 2, a holiday-themed sequel in which he stars alongside Michelle Monaghan. In a joint interview, both actors reflected on the pressure families can feel when comparing themselves to others.
