The 2026 Critics Choice Awards: A Creative Kick-Off with Hacks Co-Stars Paul W. Downs and Meg Stalter**

In a hilarious parody to herald the 2026 awards season, Hacks co-creator and actor Paul W. Downs joined his co-star Meg Stalter to make a statement on the Critics Choice Awards red carpet. Both stars arrived in a head-to-toe replica of Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner's iconic matching Marty Supreme premiere outfits, drawing all the attention after the film's Los Angeles premiere.

The bright orange ensembles, an homage to the ping-pong film, were a clever nod to the fashion trend that had everyone talking. The Hacks stars joked that they'd been so busy with season five of the show that they had to be creative with their outfits. "We've been shooting Hacks non-stop, and haven't had much time to shop or pull anything together," Downs told The Hollywood Reporter on the Critics Choice carpet.

Stalter added, "My really close friend—I'm not going to name any names—but she let me borrow this dress. Fits like a glove." She joked that Jenner herself gave her the look. Downs agreed, "It did fit really well. That was the nice thing; when you have friends who are the same size, it makes life easier."

While it's unclear if Chalamet and Jenner saw Downs and Stalter's homage, they skipped the Critics Choice Awards carpet and arrived later in the show. Unlike their Marty Supreme premiere outfits, the couple opted for more subdued looks for Sunday's event.

The 31st Critics Choice Awards ceremony is currently airing live from Santa Monica's Barker Hangar on E! and USA Network.
