On the premiere of her online series "Happy Hour" on Wednesday, Meghan McCain once again set her sights on Meghan Markle, specifically lambasting the Duchess of Sussex's lifestyle brand, As Ever. With a tone of disdain, the 40-year-old conservative commentator remarked, "She seems utterly oblivious to the realities of everyday life."

McCain, joined by celebrity blogger Perez Hilton and journalist Mary Katharine Ham, expressed her disdain for the original moniker of Markle's company, American Riviera Orchard, deeming it "a disastrous choice from the outset." After showing an Instagram video of Markle introducing her As Ever brand on Monday, McCain made it clear that she couldn't stand the former "Suits" actress.

"I cherish individuals I can relate to, just like any other 40-year-old mom," McCain confessed. "I have no desire to savor her jam. I adore Princess Kate. I'm unsure what she's up to, but this is like her ninth rebranding attempt. I was compelled to review her show and podcast, and they were dreadful. Boring to the core."

Further elaborating, McCain added, "I wouldn't advise her to pursue any of these ventures. I'd have an entirely different vision for advancing her career." Markle had renamed her lifestyle enterprise after encountering numerous trademark issues and had unveiled a fresh website and logo for her business.

However, in the subsequent days, Markle found herself entangled in several branding fiascos related to her As Ever company. A quaint town in Mallorca, Spain, accused her of模仿its traditional coat of arms, which bore a striking resemblance to the As Ever logo. Concurrently, an NYC-based clothing brand with the same name, As Ever, spoke out against the moniker of Markle's business.

"I used to have quite the fondness for her," McCain admitted about Markle, clarifying that she now views the duchess and Prince Harry as "dull" and lacking in "transparency." The former "The View" co-host then extolled the virtues of Markle and Harry's estranged sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, who had been battling cancer.

"Perhaps it's because my dad passed away from cancer, but I was genuinely rooting for her, and I was heartbroken about her struggle," McCain shared. "We're roughly the same age, and I'm solidly #TeamPrincessKate now. That's just me."

Last month, McCain had slammed Markle, describing the trailer for the former actress's upcoming Netflix lifestyle series as "tone-deaf" and "out of touch." "Now that she yearns to reclaim her American identity, abandoning her British aristocracy, she seems to forget that Americans crave authenticity, rawness, and uncensored content," McCain had penned on X.

Moreover, she claimed that Markle's lifestyle was unattainable for numerous Americans who struggled to "put food on the table." "Our nation is currently grappling with rage, uncertainty, and intensity. This concept is ill-conceived," she added.
