'Mormon Wives' star Taylor Frankie Paul hits back at fan's advice to 'heal offline'

Taylor Frankie Paul is shedding light on her decision to continue sharing her journey on social media, despite the recent controversy surrounding her alleged domestic violence case with ex-partner Dakota Mortensen. Just a day after the star of "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" reflected on the dismissal of her case, she shared a screenshot of a fan's comment on her TikTok account, which read, "Do your healing off of social media." Taylor then posted a "friendly reminder" for those who may think she should "heal off social media."

The TV personality didn't hold back and replied, "That sounds like the reasonable answer, however, I will be doing the opposite. I'll continue sharing on social media, showcasing how ugly healing truly can be." She further explained, "Making and editing videos is my way of processing, just like people like to write in a journal. This is my way, and I choose to share it."

Taylor concluded by saying, "With all love, most people would need to get off [social media], which is completely understandable [bandaged heart emoji]. I'm not most." This came just a day after she reflected on the "ugly parts" of healing following the announcement by the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office that they had dropped charges against her after two Utah police departments had opened separate domestic violence investigations into alleged altercations between her and her ex-boyfriend in February.
