Fresh accusations have emerged against Sean "Diddy" Combs, as a man has come forward to allege that the rapper, who is currently incarcerated, drugged and raped him in a New York nightclub back in 2012. According to court documents, the plaintiff, who was just 17 years old at the time, paid a bouncer to gain entry into the club and was subsequently invited to Combs' private table, where he was served multiple shots of vodka.
The plaintiff claims that after consuming the drinks, he began to feel hazy and disoriented, losing consciousness and control of his body. Despite Combs' consistent denial of similar allegations made against him in various civil lawsuits, branding them as "sickening," the BBC has reached out to his team for a response to these new accusations.
Known only as John Doe in court documents, the plaintiff alleges that he was led to a back room at the SoHo club, where drugs were being used and escorts were present. He realized that the drinks he had consumed had been tampered with, impacting his faculties.
In his statement, the plaintiff describes being in and out of consciousness, aware of what was happening but unable to stop it. He alleges that he was raped by Combs in the back room of the nightclub, leaving him defenseless.
In response to separate federal criminal charges, Combs' lawyer stated to the BBC, "In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – man or woman, adult or minor."
As these new allegations surface, another rapper, Kanye West, has taken to social media to urge President Donald Trump to grant Combs a pardon before his upcoming trial. The 24-time Grammy winner posted a direct plea to Trump on X, writing, "FREE PUFF," and later tagging the president in another post, pleading, "@realDonaldTrump PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF."
Earlier in February, a lawyer representing the accusers revealed plans to file over 10 additional civil suits against Combs. Currently, Combs faces more than 30 civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault and misconduct. He remains held in a New York jail while awaiting a federal criminal trial on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
