Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially finalized their divorce, as per a recent report. The "Babygirl" actress and the country music star have come to a conclusion in their separation, including a clear financial decision for their daughters. The settlement follows their announcement of their split in September 2025, since then, the focus has shifted to custody structure and stability. Now, court-filed terms lay out how the former couple will co-parent.
According to a People report dated January 6, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce through a settlement filed on Tuesday. The report mentioned that Kidman filed about three months earlier, citing irreconcilable differences. It also stated that both agreed to waive child and spousal support, and each is responsible for their own legal fees.

The agreement also sets a tone for co-parenting Faith, 15, and Sunday, 17. It states that both parents must "behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent, and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced." The deal also adds that "they will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent." It continues, "They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."
The report also detailed how time is divided. Kidman's home is listed as the primary residence. The custody breakdown gives her 306 days a year, while Urban is granted 59 days a year. Their daughters can also spend every other weekend with him from 10 a.m. Saturday to 6 p.m. Sunday. However, both parents share major decision-making responsibilities.
The outlet also revisited the context of the split. A source previously told the outlet, "Nicole's sister [Antonia] has been a rock and the entire Kidman family has come together to support one another." The same person added, "She didn't want this." They also said, "She has been fighting to save the marriage."
Later, another insider described the family dynamic, saying, "Their daughters live with Nicole but spend as much time with Keith as they want." The person added, "There is no drama."
