For fans of Olivia Rodrigo who might have been left disappointed by the pop star's absence at the 2026 Met Gala, here's a bit of solace: She made a stunning appearance at an after-party.
The singer, who last graced the Met Gala in 2023, was spotted arriving at Saint Laurent's post-gala bash at New York City's People's Bar. For this fashion-forward occasion, Rodrigo broke her pink streak and opted for a vintage gem.

Her outfit was a hand-knit, teal blue minidress from Vivienne Westwood's 1994 fall runway collection. The dress featured an array of funky details, including a wavy pattern down the body, frilly ruffles along the neckline and hem, blonde straw-like fringe adorning the ends of the sleeves, and a patchwork of multi-colored knit flowers embroidered on one side of the bust. Rodrigo kept the rest of her outfit minimal, letting her dress do most of the talking. She eschewed jewelry and wore strappy nude heels.
In terms of beauty, she styled her shoulder-length hair into a side part with bouncy Old Hollywood-style curls and finished her look off with berry-pink lipstick.
Rodrigo has recently been promoting her forthcoming third studio album, "you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love," by stepping out in a series of pink looks. Last weekend, she opened Saturday Night Live in a custom Nina Ricci dress in a vibrant shade of bubblegum pink. And during a surprise appearance at Addison Rae's Coachella set, Rodrigo took the stage in low-rise jeans and a baby-pink leather bra.
In an interview with Harper's Bazaar last year, the singer talked about making her third album. "I love being creative," she said. "It's truly my favorite thing. Touring is wonderful, and everything else about my job is really great, but being able to write and have a feeling in your brain and an idea and be able to flesh it out and make it into something that can exist in the real world is just such a wonderful, euphoric, addicting feeling. I'm having a good time in the studio and having fun and playing around. It's been really enjoyable."
