Paris Jackson is embarking on a new chapter. The beloved daughter of the late Michael Jackson has revealed that she and her fiancé, Justin Long, have parted ways after sharing three years of companionship. On July 31st, in response to a Daily Mail post from July 23rd capturing her in tears near the anniversary of her father's passing, Paris poignantly penned, "Those are breakup tears. Y'all are reaching once more." Although the 27-year-old chose not to delve into the specifics of their separation, she has subtly removed numerous Instagram posts featuring Justin from her feed.
Paris, whose siblings include the 28-year-old Prince Jackson and the 23-year-old Bigi Jackson, first announced her engagement to Justin in December of last year, marking his birthday with a heartfelt Instagram post. "Happy birthday my sweet blue," she penned at the time, her words brimming with affection. "Navigating life alongside you these past years has been an unfathomable whirlwind, and I couldn't fathom a more perfect partner to embark on this journey with." The singer of "Lost" continued, "Thank you for allowing me to be yours. I love you endlessly."
Their engagement came two years after their fateful meeting backstage at The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon in 2022. Paris fondly recalled to Access Hollywood in June, "He's a sound engineer, and we were scrutinizing the tape together. He wanted to chime in, to offer his thoughts. He looked at me and asked, 'Can I?' And I trusted him instantly. It was a tender moment, and shortly thereafter, our romance blossomed."
Paris also shared glimpses into their wedding planning, revealing, "The dress is in the making. The venue has been selected. An astrologer has determined the perfect date." Laughing, she added, "Being from L.A., I'm all about the crystals and the astrologer." At the time, Paris couldn't contain her gush about their relationship, noting how exceptionally special it felt, a testament to "something that we built together."
