Pete Davidson has embarked on a new romantic journey in his life. According to a source who confirmed to PEOPLE, the 31-year-old former "Saturday Night Live" star is now dating model Elsie Hewitt. Over the weekend, the duo was spotted enjoying a picturesque beach escape, immersed in each other's company.
Photographs obtained by The Daily Mail captured the pair indulging in PDA-packed moments in Palm Beach. In these snapshots, the comedian couldn't resist touching the 29-year-old model, as they shared kisses and held hands amidst the scenic backdrop of the shore.
Davidson was even seen carrying Hewitt as they took a refreshing dip in the ocean. At one enchanting instance, cameras managed to snap them locking lips in a passionate French kiss. A representative for Davidson did not promptly respond to PEOPLE's request for comment on the blossoming romance.
Davidson's latest love interest comes after his July split from "Outer Banks" actress Madelyn Cline. PEOPLE had confirmed their relationship in September 2023. Throughout their ten-month-long relationship, the couple kept their affair relatively low-profile, although Cline, 27, accompanied him to the afterparty following his hosting gig on "SNL" in October 2023. A source revealed to PEOPLE that they were "very lovey" and "very cute" at the bash, "but they kept to themselves."
Before Cline, Davidson was romantically linked to actress Chase Sui Wonders, with whom he dated for less than a year in 2023. Their breakup was confirmed in August 2023 by a source.
Hewitt, whose identity was initially reported by Page Six, has previously been associated with Jason Sudeikis. She has also been linked to Benny Blanco and Ryan Phillippe in the past.
Davidson recently opened up about the scrutiny he has faced over his dating life over the years, telling Page Six last month that the attention was "pretty humiliating and upsetting." He referred to the dating lives of his peers, including Paul Mescal, Timothée Chalamet, and Barry Keoghan, stating, "Everyone is dating everyone and it’s Hollywood. But because I’m ugly, they wrote about me. I was harassed for like, five years and it made my life a living hell."
He further elaborated, "It’s embarrassing because you want people to write about your work. I was one of the youngest-ever cast members on 'SNL' and all that got pushed to the side because of who I was dating." Davidson mentioned having "some pretty adult relationships with some pretty amazing women," emphasizing that his breakups tend to be drama-free. "When it’s ended, it’s been cool," he said.
Echoing Davidson's candid remarks, a source told PEOPLE in October that he is "still friends with pretty much all his exes." The source added, "Nothing bad happened between him and Madelyn. It just ran its course. He's a good guy and they root for him."
