Pink never wishes for Chloe Kim to feel inferior, no matter how imperfect she may perceive herself to be. That's why the Grammy winner was nothing but kind after the Olympic snowboarder accidentally mixed her up with Kelly Clarkson during her guest-hosting stint on The Kelly Clarkson Show. After asking if she could "make a confession" on the March 3 episode, Chloe told Pink, "Growing up, when I was like, 12, 13, I loved listening to your music."
The 25-year-old then attempted to demonstrate her fandom by singing the chorus of "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)"—but Pink quickly pointed out that it wasn't her song. "That's Kelly Clarkson," she said with a laugh. "But that's fine 'cause I'm Kelly Clarkson today." The Olympic gold medalist was clearly mortified by the gaffe and apologized to Pink, 46, going on to highlight her other songs that she liked, including "F---kin' Perfect."

"Oh, I'm sorry. Oh my gosh," Chloe said. "Wait guys, I'm so embarrassed. I'm so sorry." As Pink continued to laugh and leaned over to hug Chloe, the pro athlete reasoned, "I took a nap before I came on here today and I literally woke up five minutes ago." "But no, I love your music," she added. "I do."
Pink has been filling in for Kelly, 43, this week as the American Idol alum prepares to end her eponymous talk show after seven seasons. And though fans have speculated that the "Raise Your Glass" singer would be permanently taking over the reins after she and her family moved to New York, Pink made it clear that it was just a temporary gig.
"Hi everybody. Just in a continuation of debunking all of the sources that we've got going on in the world," Pink recently shared in a since-deleted Instagram video, "I'm not taking over The Kelly Clarkson Show."
"I'm doing a fun thing for my buddy Kelly, because it's a fun thing," she continued. "If I wanted a talk show, I would not have to audition. I would just have one, and it would be amazing—not something I'm currently researching or looking for in my busy, busy, busy world."
As for her family's move to New York, Pink clarified that it was due to her 14-year-old daughter Willow's interest in theater. "We actually moved here because I am an amazing mom," Pink—who shares Willow and son Jameson, 9, with husband Carey Hart—said on the talk show earlier this week. "And also so Willow could study theater and experience more Broadway."
