On June 12th, Shed Media, the production company behind several Bravo series, posted a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, accompanied by photos of Lauren, who was also a devoted mother to her 3-year-old daughter Emma, and her family. The caption read, "With shattered hearts, we announce the untimely passing of our beloved colleague, Lauren, who tragically died just after delivering her baby boy. Of all the things Lauren held dear, motherhood stood at the pinnacle, and ensuring her children's well-being meant the world to her."

Three days after Lauren's untimely demise, her colleague Sherri Pender offered an update on behalf of Kevin, sharing the status of their infant son. "Kevin is overjoyed to inform everyone that baby Jackson has been discharged from the NICU and is now safely at home with his dad and sister," she wrote on GoFundMe on June 12th. "He has been an angel, eating and sleeping like a champion. At just four days old, he is already so alert and attentive."

Yet, despite the couple's newborn being healthy and nestled safely in the arms of his family, Sherri could not help but mourn the life her dear friend had envisioned for herself and her husband. "The magnitude of this unimaginable loss defies comprehension. The void Lauren has left in this world and within her own family is insurmountable," she shared. "Our hearts ache for her beloved husband, Kevin, who must now unexpectedly shoulder the sole responsibility of parenting their two children."

"That the day Lauren eagerly anticipated should culminate in such tragedy is beyond comprehension," she continued. "It was no secret how deeply she cherished her entire family or how thrilled she was to start her own with Kevin. From their engagement, their wedding, becoming a mother to Emma, and then to Jackson, Lauren's face would light up whenever she spoke of her beautiful family."

Sherri further elaborated on how Lauren's "warm smile, kind heart, and thoughtful, intuitive nature" impacted everyone she met. Kevin, too, expressed his heart-wrenching grief in an emotional comment beneath Shed Media's announcement. "Lauren is the love of my life. I was blessed by God to have her choose me as her partner and to gift me two beautiful children who remind me of her every moment of every day," he wrote on Instagram. "Please keep our family in your prayers, and thank you all for your prayers, kind words, and thoughts."
