Kandi Burruss is wrapping up her divorce from Todd Tucker, a process that has been in the works for nearly four months since they announced their breakup. According to court documents obtained by TMZ on March 12, the former couple—who met on the set of Bravo's "Real Housewives of Atlanta" and married in 2014—has reached a settlement and has been ordered by the court to submit their paperwork, including child support details and a parenting plan for their children, Ace Tucker, 10, and Blaze Tucker, 6.

While the specifics of their custody arrangement haven't been disclosed yet, Kandi, 49, has previously expressed her hope for an amicable co-parenting relationship with Todd, 52. "We have determined that no matter what, we're always going to be great co-parents for our kids," she said during a January episode of "Today With Jenna & Sheinelle." "We're going to spend holidays together sometimes because we're still a family, even though he and I have decided to go our separate ways."

The Xscape singer, who is also a mother to 23-year-old daughter Riley Burruss with ex-husband Russell Spencer, continued, "And we're trying to make it as easy as possible for our children."

As for what went wrong in her 11-year marriage to Todd, Kandi said during an Amazon livestream in November that her marital problems had been brewing for a while. "I've been going through it, child. I've been going through it. Life has been life-ing me," she said.

Despite the difficulties of her split, Kandi has turned to work as a way to cope. She's currently starring in the Broadway show "And Juliet" and has found it to be the best therapy for her. "It has been the best therapy for me because sometimes you have to have something to put your focus into to keep your mind out of a sad place," she told "Today" earlier this year. "For me, it's like singing, performing, learning to be better, making myself better, working out more, working on my vocals—doing everything that I'm supposed to do to make sure I'm the best I can be on stage in front of everybody."
