Jennifer Aniston has mastered the art of maintaining amicable relationships with everyone she encounters, a trait that her Morning Show co-star Reese Witherspoon admires deeply, particularly when it comes to her ability to keep in touch with those from her past, including ex-husbands Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux.

In fact, the actress known for her role in Legally Blonde recalled Jennifer's 50th birthday party as a "testament" to the wonderful person she is. The guest list was a who's who of friends and acquaintances spanning from Jennifer's teenage years to her 20s, including every ex-husband and ex-boyfriend.

Reese's admiration for Jennifer's openness and warmth has been a long-standing one. "We've known each other for so long," Reese shared during an episode of Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast. "She's really warm and welcoming. She's like a big host, always saying 'Come over.' She's really warm and friendly."

Despite being in the public eye for so long, Reese added that people often "think they know her and make assumptions." "She's not who people think she is," Reese continued. "For instance, holding onto old things? She doesn't do that." As Dax joked, "She's not pining for Brad Pitt."

Agreeing that Jennifer has moved on from her 2005 breakup with Brad following five years of marriage, Reese added, "She just is like a person of high spiritual integrity."

Jennifer's positive relationship with her exes was recently put on full display when Justin, her ex-husband from 2015 to 2018, liked her November 2 Instagram post announcing the hard-launch of her new boyfriend, Jim Curtis. "Happy birthday my love," Jennifer wrote alongside a black and white photo of her hugging Jim from behind. "Cherished." This is hardly the first time Jen and Justin have proven their closeness after their split, as the Zoolander star has often gushed about his ex-wife.

"I'm sincere when I say that I cherish our friendship," Justin shared with Esquire in 2021. "We can't be together and still bring each other joy and friendship." Additionally, there's one very important aspect to their relationship that Justin appreciated: "She makes me laugh very, very hard." The 54-year-old added, "She's a hilarious person. It would be a loss if we weren't in contact, for me personally. And I'd like to think the same for her."
