Rihanna Shares Refreshingly Honest Comment About Her Body After Welcoming Kids

Rihanna is not the solitary female in the world to experience the physical transformation that comes with childbirth. The "We Found Love" singer candidly spoke about her body after welcoming three children—sons RZA, 3, and Riot, 2, and daughter Rocki, 3 months old—with A$AP Rocky. She revealed the pieces she leans towards these days to feel her best.

"Favorite look? That's impossible," she told Dior during an interview at Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week's spring/summer fashion show, which was posted on TikTok on Jan. 26. "I wanted the coats, the dresses, the skirts with a little bump right here [at the stomach] because I have a little pouch after having kids. I'd love that."

Rihanna, 37, continued, "I loved the accessories—the bags, the shoes, the earrings—everything was perfectly made, super well done, super whimsical. Everything made me excited. It was a very thrilling show."

The Fenty Beauty founder and A$AP, who went public with their romance in 2021, welcomed Rocki in September. Rihanna shared the happy news on Instagram at the time, posting a photo of her cradling her newborn, who was wrapped in a pink blanket. She also posted a picture of pink boxing gloves with ribbon ties.

Shortly before their daughter's arrival, Rihanna told Extra in July that her sons were thrilled about their growing family, sharing, "They’re delighted."

Though their hands are certainly full nowadays, Rihanna previously shared that she and A$AP, also 37, wouldn’t have it any other way and always felt they were meant to be parents. "COVID sped up our relationship," she told Interview Magazine in 2024. "Which I felt like God knew we needed because we were going to start a family. And had it not been for COVID, we would’ve taken a lot more time to get comfortable with each other, to even know that we were ready."

She continued, "There was no denying it. It was the best thing that ever happened to us. It just happened."

The Grammy winner also noted that life immediately felt different with the "Praise the Lord" rapper. "In previous relationships, I tried and tried and tried my best, and you still feel like it’s not enough," she explained. "So, when someone sees you completely, and believes in you, and thinks you’re worthy of being the mother of their kids, it’s a great feeling. I felt the same about him. I knew he would be a great dad."
