On April 21, W magazine released its latest installment of The Pop Issue with cover stars Rihanna and Rocki, who is wearing a custom Dior Haute Couture diaper – yes, diaper – and headpiece created by fashion designer Jonathan Anderson. In an interview with the publication about the mother-daughter duo, Anderson, who became creative director of all divisions of the French house in June 2025, revealed that making Rocki's diaper was a "first for Dior."
"When Rihanna asks for something, she is already ahead of what is happening. She is thinking outside the box. When she has an idea, I'm always trusting in the process. I trust her implicitly on anything she feels that is right to do," Anderson said.
Anderson also praised Rihanna as someone who "knows exactly who she is and what works on her. She knows how to interpret your creative vision and make it her own." The designer further added that Rihanna's input was invaluable in bringing the vision to life.
