In the teaser clips for her Hot Ones episode, released on Nov. 6, ROSÉ didn't shy away from expressing her passion for spicy food, albeit with a hint of apprehension about the infamous "Wings of Death." She boldly declared, "I like spicy food," but quickly added, "But I don't know if I like really, really spicy." As the fiery heat began to intensify, she cracked a joke, saying, "By the way, my tongue is built differently. It's built unique, unique."

When asked about the inspiration behind her new single "APT." featuring Bruno Mars, ROSÉ revealed that it stemmed from a playful cultural moment. "APT" is a homage to a traditional Korean drinking game called "aparteu" (or "apartment" in English), and it marks the first single from her highly anticipated debut album, Rosie, set to release on Dec. 6. She explained, "It's a Korean drinking game APT, one, two, three, four, five, six. Whoever gets the top takes the shot."

Transitioning to her vocal prowess, she delved into the intricacies of her vocal technique, differentiating between chest and head voice. She laughed, "I've set the key too high," adding, "That's the difference, I guess, right?"

ROSÉ's latest hit is sweeping the music world by storm, breaking records with every turn. The catchy tune has dominated charts globally, making a monumental debut by soaring to the top spot on both the Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts, and holding onto the throne for two consecutive weeks.

Down Under, ROSÉ's Aussie fans have showered her with immense love and support. "APT." rocketed to No. 1 on the ARIA Singles Chart, making her the first solo female K-pop artist to conquer the Aussie charts. Moreover, she's held onto the top spot for multiple weeks – a feat not witnessed since PSY's "Gangnam Style" in 2012.

In a recent interview with PAPER Magazine, she discussed how online criticism inspired one of the album's most personal tracks, stating, "I realized how vulnerable and addicted I was to this [online] world and that craving for feeling like I wanted to be loved and understood."

Born in Auckland and raised in Melbourne, ROSÉ moved to South Korea at 15 to chase her musical dreams, eventually becoming a member of BLACKPINK. The group's debut studio album, The Album, skyrocketed to No. 2 on the Billboard 200, marking the highest rank for a K-pop girl group. Their subsequent album, Born Pink, made history as the first album by a female Korean act to hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

ROSÉ has also tasted success as a solo artist. Her 2021 single "On the Ground" was the first song by a Korean solo artist to top both the Billboard Global 200 and Global Excl. U.S. charts. She has also secured a spot at No. 79 on Billboard's Artist 100 chart.

Fans can catch ROSÉ's fiery Hot Ones episode on Thursday at 11 AM ET to witness her bravery in the face of scorching heat.
