The tragic circumstances leading to Chelsea's arrest, a mere 27 years old, unfolded on September 10. Authorities stumbled upon a harrowing scene: Chelsea's 11-month-old infant amid a squalid house rife with feces, meth pipes, and a sea of garbage, as exclusively reported by In Touch on October 18. Chelsea faced a grim array of charges on September 17, including four felony counts related to drug trafficking, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, and THC. Moreover, she was slapped with two misdemeanors for disorderly conduct/domestic abuse and the unlawful possession of prescription drugs.
According to the Marinette County Sheriff’s Office, the drama unfurled after a panicked phone call from Chelsea, her voice laced with anger as she shouted for officers to "get the hell away." Upon arrival, officers found Chelsea with pupils dilated, a sign of possible drug use. Despite her protestations of innocence, her demeanor and the earlier call raised suspicions. Upon questioning, she reluctantly admitted to a heated verbal spat with her boyfriend, Jacob Nelund.
