On Tuesday night, London braced itself for an encounter with iconic dinosaurs from the "Jurassic World" saga, as the stars of Gareth Edwards' "Rebirth" unveiled a fresh chapter in cinematic history. The glittering world premiere, held at the Odeon Luxe in Leicester Square, was attended by lead actors Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, and Rupert Friend, alongside the director and film producers.
Adoring fans lined the green carpet, their screams echoing through the air as they eagerly anticipated catching a glimpse of the talented ensemble embarking on this latest "Jurassic" adventure. Johansson stole the show in a figure-hugging pink dress, while her co-star Bailey opted for a laid-back '90s vibe—a nod to the era when "Jurassic Park" first captivated audiences—sporting a cap and blazer.
Addressing the audience before the screening, Edwards generously shared the spotlight. "When you make a film like this, directors often get all the credit," he said. "But it's just not fair." He then introduced the lead cast, as well as ensemble members Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Luna Blaise, David Iacono, Audrina Miranda, Philippine Velge, Bechir Sylvain, and Ed Skrein.
"Just like the dinosaurs in these films, you hang on for dear life as long as you can," the "Rogue One" director continued, reflecting on his latest masterpiece. "You try to control it... but eventually, it breaks free and takes over the world. Now, [the dinosaurs] belong to all of you."
According to tracking estimates, Universal's movie—the seventh installment in a franchise that began with Steven Spielberg's 1993 blockbuster—is poised to open with a staggering $120 million to $125 million over the five-day holiday weekend, as reported by "The Hollywood Reporter" last week.

The Earth's environment has become inhospitable to dinosaurs and other de-extinct creatures, with survivors now residing in remote, tropical havens.
