As part of his application, Scott submitted a sworn declaration, joined by another one filed by Michael Wolf—presumably one of Scott’s brothers. The court documents, sealed in Utah, remain confidential.

A trusted source close to Kelley, the author of "FLOW: Finding Love Over Worry" and a mental health professional, aged 48, shared with Us Weekly, "This is heartbreaking for the children, but Kelley is fully prepared to fiercely protect her kids." The insider continued, "The restraining order is unwarranted, cruel, and simply incorrect."

As previously reported by Us Weekly, Scott, who tied the knot with Kelley in 2004, initiated divorce proceedings on June 9th. The couple shares three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Scott issued a statement, saying, "After 21 years of marriage, I've made the most arduous decision of my life and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley. Our children have always been, and will continue to be, the loves of our lives and our paramount priority. Therefore, I humbly request privacy as we navigate this new chapter for them."

Kelley, a former "Real World" star, issued her own statement, clarifying, "I initiated a separation nearly a year ago. I've been attempting to file for divorce for months, but legal counsel delays hindered the process." She added, "While the official petition was filed by the other party, it's crucial to note that I've been mourning this marriage for years. This isn't avoidance; it's acceptance. I've moved beyond grief and am deeply into healing."

On June 13th, Kelley was detained by Utah sheriff's officers during an Instagram Live session. She was briefly hospitalized and subsequently released. Prior to the live stream being terminated, Kelley was heard berating the officers, "This is shameful. Be ashamed of yourselves, gentlemen. I know what I'm doing; this is my job. Shame on all of you."

Since her release, Kelley has been vocal on social media, claiming she was "held against her will" by a "small yet influential group" of friends. Us Weekly first reported that the Summit County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call from Scott and Kelley’s residence on the day of Kelley's detention. According to the incident report, "Caller, involved in divorce battle with husband, reports brother-in-law at the home meant to assist with kids, doesn't feel safe." Additionally, an unidentified man reported a past assault while officers were on the scene.

The alleged victim recounted an incident in March where an unidentified woman choked him in the bedroom. Initially, he stated she didn't choke him hard enough to restrict blood flow, but later revised his statement, indicating that the choke may have impeded blood and air flow. No arrests were made, and officers departed the premises. Two days later, an officer followed up with the alleged victim regarding potential charges.

The saga of Scott and Kelley Wolf's divorce unfolds, with emotions running high and custody battles looming large over their cherished children.
