As Sean "Diddy" Combs confronts the aftermath of his intense legal struggles, he appears to be embarking on a journey of introspection. According to TMZ, the 55-year-old music tycoon has enrolled in an array of self-improvement and therapeutic programs while awaiting his sentencing at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center. Notably among them is the STOP Program, a specialized initiative aimed at preventing sexual assault, domestic abuse, and dating violence. Additionally, he is reportedly continuing his participation in a drug abuse therapy program, which he had already joined prior to his arrest.
Sources close to the situation have revealed to the outlet that Combs is striving to "enhance himself" and seek redemption during his incarceration. Earlier this month, the co-founder of Revolt TV was cleared of the most grave charges in his highly publicized sex trafficking trial. However, the court did find him guilty on two counts of prostitution, each punishable by up to a decade in prison.
Throughout the trial, jurors were subjected to graphic testimonies from various witnesses, including Combs' ex-girlfriend Casandra "Cassie" Ventura. She claimed that the rapper had raped and physically assaulted her throughout their decade-long relationship. Diddy's sentencing hearing is set to take place on October 3.
