Sean "Diddy" Combs' son, Justin Combs, has been enveloped in controversy after being accused of aiding in the alleged gang rape of a woman. Amidst Diddy's ongoing federal sex trafficking trial, the 31-year-old and his father are now entangled in a civil lawsuit filed by a woman who claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted by three masked assailants during a 2017 Los Angeles trip orchestrated by Justin, as revealed in court documents acquired by E! News on June 26th.

In her heart-wrenching complaint, the woman alleges that she met Justin through Snapchat, who enticed her with the promise of securing her a position at Remote TV in Atlanta, leveraging his and his father's extensive connections. Lured by this opportunity, she flew from New Orleans to Los Angeles, only to find herself entangled in a harrowing ordeal.

Upon her arrival, she and Justin, the scion of Bad Boy Records founder and Misa Hylton, allegedly indulged in alcohol and marijuana at a Beverly Hills residence. The woman contends that she suspected the substances were tampered with due to their unusually potent effects on her. Furthermore, she claims Justin compelled her to ingest various pills and 'poppers' throughout the day.

After consuming these substances, the woman asserts that three masked men descended upon the house and allegedly took turns raping her, both anally and orally, from Saturday evening until midday Sunday, while she was incapacitated and under the influence of drugs. Of the three assailants, two remained anonymous to her, but she accuses Diddy of being the third, citing his imposing stature, mannerisms, and Justin's reference to him as 'Pops' on at least one occasion.

The woman reveals that the promised job at Remote TV never materialized, leaving her reeling from severe emotional distress, anguish, fear, anxiety, humiliation, embarrassment, physical and emotional injuries, and trauma stemming from the alleged incident. In pursuit of justice, she has filed a lawsuit against the father-son duo, along with Diddy's businesses, for sexual battery, gender violence, and negligent supervision.

In response to these grave allegations, Diddy's legal team has vehemently denied any wrongdoing on his behalf. "Regardless of the number of lawsuits filed, it will not alter the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or engaged in sex trafficking of anyone—be it a man or woman, adult or minor," stated the rapper's lawyers in a June 26th press release to E! News. "We inhabit a world where anyone can initiate a lawsuit for virtually any reason. Fortunately, a fair and unbiased judicial system exists to uncover the truth, and Mr. Combs is steadfast in his belief that he will emerge victorious in court."
