The unguarded words of Amanda Batula have caused quite a commotion in the Summer House. The Bravo reality star, currently ensnared in a messy, real-life love triangle with her BFF Ciara Miller and costar West Wilson, has rubbed season 10 newbie Ben Waddell the wrong way during the show's April 7 episode with a joke she made about his girlfriend, Sabrina Belle.
The joke in question was a casual comment previously made by Bailey Taylor about Ben wanting to "f--k" Amanda. Fast forward to Amanda referencing this flirty comment during her chat with Sabrina, much to Ben's dismay.

"Sabrina told me they were talking and just towards the end she's like, 'You know, Ben's been great the whole time, everyone in the house thinks he's in love with me, but apart from that,'" he later recounted to Ciara, Carl Radke, and Mia Calabrese. "She was kind of like, 'Hold on, what?!' I don't understand where that was coming from. Like, what did you want to get out of that?"
What began as a "beautiful heart-to-heart" between the two women, according to Ben, ended with Amanda's "unnecessary" and "really off comment" to Sabrina. "Sabrina's now upset," he continued. "Why are you saying that this guy I really like, he's in love with you, not me? What are you doing? It's really frustrating because I was really happy that they were getting along so well. I want my friends to get along, I have a great relationship with Amanda and Kyle. Now, this is all f--king awkward."
In a confessional, Ben worried that Amanda repeating the quip about their perceived chemistry would ruin the group dynamic. "Now we're not going to be going out, the four of us," he added. "We're not hanging out anymore because of this, are we?"
Plus, Ben had already worked so hard to rekindle his romance with Sabrina after a rocky start. "When I reached back out to Sabrina to let her know that I was thinking of her, she was very open, positive and raring to go," The Bachelor alum recounted in a confessional. "I feel pretty special that she was willing to give me another chance because I’ve realized that I care about her a lot and this is what I want to work on. So, that’s why I’m nervous as f--k."
Tune in to see how things play out when Summer House airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
