At the 60th Anniversary Celebration of "Days of Our Lives" on November 8th, 2025, Rogers joined in the festivities and shared her thoughts on leaving the show with PEOPLE magazine. "Sixty is wonderful," she said, her voice filled with admiration. "Not many shows can say that. I love it. It's my whole life and my home for a long time."
The star of "Never Say Never: The Deidre Hall Story" went on to speak about her future on the long-running show with a quip, "Oh, listen. If they say 'bye,' I'll go – I had a good run." She even revealed that after retirement, she might pay a visit to her sister in North Carolina.
