Travis Kelce, an NFL luminary, a three-time Super Bowl victor, a game show emcee, and an aspiring thespian, has now etched the title of choreographer into his ever-expanding résumé. On Saturday, during her third Eras Tour concert in Toronto, Taylor Swift seemingly borrowed some dance steps from her beau while belting out her chart-topper "Midnight Rain." A side-by-side video shared on X vividly captured the pop princess mirroring Kelce's rumba-inspired routine that had previously gone viral during one of her June concerts in London. With her arms swirling in the air and thumbs protruding to the sides, Swift retreated across the stage backwards, crooning, "He never thinks of me / Except when I’m on TV." Numerous social media snippets also showcased Kelce executing similar moves while grooving to the lyrics of "Karma" at Wembley Stadium this summer.
Swifties swiftly acknowledged the overt tribute to Kelce, with one admiring, "A perfect couple and a delightful dance." Another opined, "She's so smitten; she's copying her beau!" While yet another exclaimed, "I'm in tears right here!" Though Kelce wasn't physically present at any of Swift's weekend shows, several of his pals, including former tight end Ross Travis and retired NBA star Reggie King, represented him in the audience. The athletic duo mingled and posed for snapshots with Swift's brother, Austin, presumably in the VIP section of the stadium.
It may be several weeks before Swift and Kelce reunite. With several Eras Tour dates still on her horizon, Swift remains on a roll. Meanwhile, Kelce is immersed in football as the Chiefs clash with the Buffalo Bills tonight, face the Panthers next week, and tackle the Raiders the day after Thanksgiving.
