Taylor Swift, accustomed to captivating tens of thousands of fans with her live performances on an almost nightly basis, might find herself confronting a different kind of intense scrutiny when standing before a judge. Should the numerous media accounts prove accurate, the singer behind "Bad Blood" could receive a subpoena as early as this week, compelling her to testify amidst the ongoing legal saga pitting her long-time friend Blake Lively against her "It Ends With Us" co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. According to reliable sources, Swift, alongside Ryan Reynolds' close buddy Hugh Jackman, might both find themselves served with court summonses to testify within the coming days.

For those unacquainted with the unfolding drama, it all commenced when Lively, a cherished friend of Swift's, filed a lawsuit against Baldoni for alleged sexual harassment. In retaliation, Baldoni counter-sued, denying any wrongdoing and accusing Lively of leveraging her influential husband and circle of friends to intimidate him further.

It transpires that Swift and Baldoni did cross paths at least once, at Lively's New York City abode, where the billionaire pop sensation and Lively's "Deadpool" star husband, Reynolds, praised the alterations suggested by the "Gossip Girl" star for their film's screenplay.

On Tuesday, an unnamed insider disclosed to The Daily Mail that Swift and Jackman are "virtually certain to receive their subpoenas this week," adding that "it could transpire at any moment." This same source further remarked that Lively and Swift, who serves as godmother to three of Lively and Reynolds' four children, haven't been seen together since Swift's name was publicly ensnared in this legal quagmire. Although recent reports suggest that the duo has patched things up, they haven't been spotted enjoying a meal together, and notably, Lively was absent from Swift's side at this year's Super Bowl, contrary to past traditions.
