Taylor Swift boasts a dedicated fanbase affectionately referred to as "Swifties," and when she professes her "obsession" with The Life of a Showgirl, it's a given that her fanbase will once again propel the album to viral heights. Already perched at the summit of the Billboard 200 for weeks, her latest pronouncement promises an even more meteoric rise in the coming weeks.

During her appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the host, known for inquiring about megastars' top five favorite songs, such as Dolly Parton, Elton John, Paul Simon, and Bruce Springsteen, posed the same question to the 14-time Grammy winner. Instead of disclosing a definitive list, Taylor shared that her preferences are "constantly in flux," and she would need "a little time to get back to him on all five."
"I think number one is 'All Too Well,' the 10-minute version," the pop icon continued, her voice filled with enthusiasm. "I'm really obsessed with 'The Life of a Showgirl,' the entire album."
Intriguingly, the 35-year-old also mentioned an unexpected track—Mirrorball. This revelation would come as a delightful surprise to fans, as the song, unlike her previous mentions, isn't among her most popular. "I can't really do any of the others, except I will say somewhere in the list, I think, is going to be a song called 'Mirrorball,' from the 'Folklore' album," she explained. "You know, it came on the other day. A friend sent it to me, and she was talking about it, and I put it on, and then you asked me this question, so I said it."
