Teyana Taylor has been showering Amy Madigan with gifts since the 2026 Oscars, proving that she holds no grudges against the Hollywood veteran whom she lost the Best Supporting Actress award to at the Conan O'Brien-hosted ceremony on March 15th. As seen in an Instagram Story shared by Teyana on March 17th, the Weapons star was dressed in Teyana's merchandise, including a pair of Nike Air Jordans from her Concrete Rose collaboration, as she posed with gilded gold gardening tools and more than a dozen red roses.

"And this is why I will always stand up for this incredible woman," Teyana, 35, wrote in the caption. "The amount of love she shows, both in front of and behind the scenes, is beyond the sweetest and so genuine." Calling Amy "my lady," she added, "You deserve your flowers and good kicks! Congrats!"
Indeed, Teyana was one of the first people to celebrate Amy's victory during the ceremony. As soon as Amy's name was called, the singer jumped up from her seat in joy. And when online trolls accused her of being bitter about Amy, who also broke the Oscars' record for the longest gap between her first nomination (Twice in a Lifetime in 1986) and first win, Teyana was quick to shut down the allegations.
"The world holds so much misery that miserable hearts forget the face of happiness," she wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on March 16th. "They grow comfortable being sore losers, so when they see real sportsmanship it unsettles them! like holy water touching a demon."
Teyana continued, "Because clapping for someone else's victory requires something many people never learned...how to win with grace and pure joy, and how to lose with grace, chin up and dignity."
