According to a TMZ report, a witness observed Kennedy and a woman engaged in a heated altercation, during which the reality TV star allegedly grasped her, around 11:30 p.m. That evening, Kennedy and his girlfriend, and fellow "VPR" sensation, Ally Lewber, reportedly attended Kathy Hilton's festive holiday gathering. However, it remains unverified whether Lewber was entangled in the incident. TMZ further revealed that Kennedy was released after posting a $20,000 bail bond, roughly equivalent to one Rachella's worth. The case is currently under review by the Burbank City Attorney's office.
