Tori Spelling Cancels Las Vegas Appearance Amid Illness

Published: Dec 29 2025

Tori Spelling is putting her health first and foremost, as she recently announced on Instagram that she and her former Beverly Hills, 90210 co-star Brian Austin Green had to cancel their appearance at the 90s After Dark Party in Las Vegas on December 28 due to an undisclosed illness. "I've been counting down the days to be with you," Tori wrote to her fans on December 26, "and it truly breaks my heart to pause something I was so excited for."

The 52-year-old actress noted that it was "really hard" for her to share the news, adding, "Right now, I have to listen to my body and put my health first." She continued, "Thank you for holding me with so much love and understanding—always. A new date is coming very soon. I can't wait to see you after dark."

The 90s-themed party at Voltaire at Las Vegas' Venetian Resort was set to be a one-night-only event where fans would be "transported back in time." In addition to Tori and Brian, the late-night soiree also included a DJ playing music from the decade, as well as a performance from R&B group Color Me Badd. There has been no new date set for the party yet.

This isn't the first time Tori has been dealing with a difficult illness recently; she recently contracted a "brutal" case of COVID-19 in mid-October. "I went down hard," she shared on her misSPELLING podcast in November. "I got COVID and everyone's like, 'COVID, it's like a sniffle here and there.' COVID-19—well, COVID 2025 is next level."

Luckily, none of her and ex-husband Dean McDermott's kids including Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, Finn, 13, and Beau, 8, got sick. But for Tori, "it hit me so hard." She recalled, "I was out, out, down, like bedridden, down for three weeks." The podcast host added that she had the "nastiest sinus infection" and underwent three rounds of antibiotics amid her recovery. She joked, "Exorcism was the valid term for what was happening to my body."
