**Grisly Allegations Unfold in the Tragic Case of US Singer D4vd**

The chilling details of the murder case against US singer D4vd (David Anthony Burke) have surfaced, painting a grim picture of the alleged atrocities he committed against a teenage girl. The sensational allegations, released in an evidence filing, detail his alleged motive and the steps he took to cover up the crime.

According to prosecutors, D4vd met his victim, 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, when she was just 11. They allege that he began sexually abusing her when she turned 13, and the abuse continued even after he turned 18. The court filing states that the teen had threatened to reveal their illicit relationship and "destroy his life" through text messages before her murder.

The chilling part of the story unfolds after Rivas Hernandez's dismembered body was found in D4vd's car. Prosecutors allege that Burke meticulously planned the murder and went to great lengths to cover his tracks. In the days following the murder, they allege that he purchased tools online using a fake name, including two chainsaws, a body bag, and a shovel. He even purchased a "burn cage" and made plans to incinerate evidence, the filing states.

The court filing outlines previous interactions between authorities and the singer, including after Rivas Hernandez was reported missing by her family in 2024. The filing states that text messages between the two reveal a heated argument on April 22, 2025, over D4vd's relationship with other women. Rivas Hernandez had threatened to "disclose damaging information about her relationship with the defendant to end his career," according to the filing.

The following day, prosecutors allege that D4vd ordered an Uber for Rivas Hernandez to come to his home, where she was allegedly killed. They say he texted her multiple times, asking where she was, but those messages were part of his plan "to cover up the murder," the filing states.

D4vd's first studio album was released just days after the alleged killing, on April 25th. In the days following her death, prosecutors say he made an array of purchases online to dispose of Rivas Hernandez's body. The filing alleges that he dismembered her remains in the garage of his Hollywood Hills home.

The court document also states that surveillance footage shows Burke was the last person to drive his Tesla, where the body was found in September 2025. This nine-page filing released on Wednesday offers the most detailed timeline since the case captured international attention last year.

In court on Wednesday, D4vd's attorneys tried to block the release of the filing, arguing that it would lead to more media coverage and could affect his right to a fair trial. However, Judge Charlaine Olmedo allowed for its release but agreed to keep other pieces of evidence sealed from public disclosure.

D4vd, who rose to fame on TikTok with hits like "Romantic Homicide" and "Here With Me," was on tour when police found Rivas Hernandez's body in the front truck of his Tesla in September 2025. His worldwide tour was cancelled, and he largely retreated from public life and social media.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman filed seven criminal charges against him, including murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and mutilation of remains. Rivas Hernandez's family made their first public statement shortly after her death, describing their love for the teen and calling for justice in her tragic death.
