Eric Trump has revealed the poignant exchange between his younger brother Barron Trump and Joe Biden during the presidential inauguration in January, moments before Donald Trump's scathing speech against the Biden administration. Speaking on The Megyn Kelly Show on November 14th, Eric, 41, brought to life the viral moment and the speculation surrounding it.

"Do you remember that whole controversy where [Barron] went up to Biden...and the media had all these lip-reading experts analyzing it, saying 'Barron just told Biden to go F himself'?" Eric recalled of the poignant moment when his sibling shook the former president's hand and uttered a few words. (Barron also said something similar to former Vice President Kamala Harris.)
"One night, I called Barron and asked, 'Buddy, what did you actually say?' And he replied with a politeness that I almost couldn't even get right - something like 'Congratulations and best of luck to you,'" he continued. "Something very respectful."
Eric further recalled discussing the moment with podcaster and entrepreneur Patrick Bet David, emphasizing that Barron is not one to get confrontational. "He doesn't have that in him," he said. "He's a nice guy. He's probably thinking it. He definitely has it up here [motioning to his head], but like, he's too courteous to actually go out there and say it."
The encounter between Barron and Biden took place just after Donald was sworn in as the 47th President of the United States, but before his inaugural address. The speech lasted over 30 minutes, rebuking Biden's administration while Donald sat just feet away. Donald concluded his speech with the idea that a new era was coming, stating, "Our golden age has just begun."
Donald is a father to five children in total - sons Eric and Donald Trump Jr., daughter Ivanka Trump with late ex-wife Ivana Trump, daughter Tiffany Trump with ex-wife Marla Maples, and Barron with wife Melania Trump.
