Khloe Kardashian is being real about running into an old flame. Over a decade after her breakup with rapper French Montana (real name Karim Kharbouch), the Kardashian star revealed where she stands with her ex after recently bumping into him.
"I had so much fun," Khloe said on the May 20 episode of her podcast, "Khloe in Wonder Land," recalling a night out with her BFF Malika Haqq for a mutual friend's birthday. "We went to dinner first, and the dinner was actually so much fun."

After the meal, the 41-year-old and her bestie went to a second location for the party portion of the night, where she came face-to-face with French. "The first person I run into is French," she recalled. "I was like, 'Hi! He was like, 'What are you doing?' I was like, 'What are you doing here?'"
While Khloe—who shares daughter True, 8, and son Tatum, 3, with ex Tristan Thompson—was surprised to see French, she said their brief encounter was "so nice." "We're fine," she added, noting that she spoke to French, 41, for "like a second" and "barely saw him."
Khloe and French's encounter comes over a decade after their split. The Good American founder started dating the "Unforgettable" singer in early 2014 following her breakup from Lamar Odom, but their romance fizzled out by the end of that year.
Despite calling it quits, Khloe and French only have fond memories of their time together. "I feel like we had a real dope relationship," French told Haute Living in a 2019 interview. "There was no bad blood, nobody did something to somebody that we couldn't come back from."
The "Facts" rapper—who got engaged to Sheikha Mahra, the Princess of Dubai in 2025—added that his love with Khloe was "real," sharing that he was "glad" the split was amicable. "When the love was like that, it’s always going to be like that," he said. "Friendship after a relationship is something that's real hard to do."
